The genesis of the Falcon Group dates back to the year 2000 when a group of enterprising NRI’s decided to foray into the bourgeoning logistics industry in India by setting up a state of the art integrated logistics service complex in Kerala, one of the most enlightened and flourishing states of India. Today the group has grown manifold with interests in a variety of fields including logistics, education and hospitality.

The latest pioneering initiative of the group was the commissioning of the state’s first full fledged Container Freight Station (CFS) in its sprawling Integrated Logistics Services Complex in Kalamassery, the nerve centre of the state’s industrial development.

This state-of-the-art Rs 30 crore CFS located in the Falcon’s existing 25 acre integrated logistics complex is in close proximity to the road and rail links to the Vallarpadom International Container Transshipment Terminal.

This venture, which is part of the Falcon’s ambitious trans-global agenda, marked the group’s emergence as one of the leading corporates in the booming Indian logistics industry.

In yet another pioneering initiative on the anvil the Group is in the process of setting up the state’s first Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) in the private sector with an investment of Rs 250 crore.

The group also has a major presence in the educational scenario of the state. The Vidya Bharathi Institute of Management & Technology (VIBIMAT) established by the group in the year 2000 is a pioneer in advanced business education in the country.

Today VIBIMAT is one of the best business schools in South India offering a wide range of selected national and international management and business courses both online and offline.

Also on the cards are a series of ambitious ventures in the hospitality sector taking advantage of the serene natural assets of the state. Falcon Group represents the brave new face of Indian industry which is on the wings of development
